Verizon's use of the new vendor SAMBA to access employee driving records, please note that the reference to "consumer reports" is present because that is the term the Federal Credit Reporting Act uses to define certain information (including driving records) collected by consumer reporting agencies such as SAMBA. Verizon will only be requesting and have access to employee driving records.
