West Haven Supervisor Unit
The Tentative Agreement reached between CWA 1103 and the City of West Haven was overwhelmingly ratified by the membership on July 9th, 2025. This new 4- year Collective Bargaining Agreement has ZERO GIVEBACKS! All existing provisions of the current contract shall remain intact. The Union was able to bargain wage increases not seen in over 13 years as well as keep medical cost increases to a minimum. The wage increase over the 4 years exceeds the cost share increase by a large margin, meaning the membership will see an immediate positive result and more money in their pocket.
The CWA Local 1103 Executive Board would like to recognize your Bargaining Committee, and thank them for their tireless efforts advocating on behalf of ALL the membership. -Mark Paine, Diane Dietman, Lisa Perschino Smith, Cathy Conniff, Rachel A-Messih and Brian Hayden.
We would also like to say “Thank You” to you - our members-for your trust, support and confidence, especially throughout the bargaining process. You are greatly appreciated.
