The Union had been notified by Arbitrator Das and he had told our attorney David Mintz that his goal was to issue a decision by mid- February. Unfortunately, the arbitrator missed his goal. He notified David Mintz today that he needs additional time but hasn't given us a definite date of when he will issue his decision. Arbitrator Das assured us that it will be no later than March 8th.
